The Learning Experience curriculum (L.E.A.P) is developed by a team of educational experts and is implemented in our 350+ centers worldwide for children. Our curriculum team works collaboratively to create engaging materials for both children and teachers to utilize throughout the school year. The L.E.A.P. curriculum takes a whole-child approach and allows the children to engage in hands-on and minds-on learning experiences that encourage them to explore, problem solve, and develop according to key early childhood milestones.
Our Curriculum Specialists are responsible for researching, the writing of, and developing the TLE proprietary Early Childhood Curriculum. This position reports to the Curriculum Manager and will be focused on developing early childhood content from birth to five. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for education, attention to detail, and the passion to write both student and teacher facing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote best practices in early childhood development based on state early learning standards and other prescribed curricula developed by The Learning Experience.
Utilize TLE Standards and resources as a framework to write of developmentally appropriate proprietary curriculum components.
Support with the selecting of innovative, developmentally appropriate resources for childcare classrooms to enable the implementation of curriculum and continued growth and development of children.
Support with the collaboration of the wider Curriculum, Academic Services, and Learning & Development teams.
Showcase and leverage creative thinking to assist with the advancement of the TLE proprietary curriculum components.

Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field.
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state Early Learning Standards.
- Must have knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
- Experience working directly with young children and families in a childcare or early education program.
